Harut Voskanyan is the founder and principal attorney of Voskanyan Law Firm, PC (VLF). He earned his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from California State University, Northridge. Initially, Harut aspired to be a physical therapist to provide recuperative treatments for patients suffering from physical injuries. However, after working with physical therapists and other medical professionals, Harut realized that he could make a greater impact in the courtroom, so he began studying law at Southwestern Law School.
At Southwestern Law School, Harut distinguished himself from many of his peers. While in law school, Harut was on the executive board of the Southwestern Journal of International Law Honor’s Program where he served as the Associate Editor. Harut also earned the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence at Southwestern Law School.
Before starting VLF, Harut worked at several law firms representing clients in both personal injury and labor & employment actions. In both practice areas, Harut has handled all aspects of case management from initiation through trial. He has also successfully drafted and argued substantive motions such as Demurrers and Motions for Summary Judgment. At VLF, Harut works closely with his clients to best ascertain each person’s particular needs and gain a strong understanding of each individual’s case.
Harut is fluent in Armenian. When he is not spending time at work, Harut enjoys traveling, playing the piano, and spending quality time with his family.
